The restaurant was great for dinner, we ordered excellent dishes. The view of a very nice park away from traffic noise from the window was pleasant, really enjoyed it. The location was great for getting around, as a train station was within walking distance from the hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is very close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are cozy and a good size, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or issues that may arise.
One downside of staying at this hotel is the parking situation. There is no valet parking and the closest option is to park next to a park behind the hotel.

Clean room and bathroom with nice furnishings. Excellent staff including Jose, Teddy, and Guillume, who provided exceptional hospitality and service. Special thanks to the housekeeping, restaurant, bar, and car parking staff.

We had a fantastic stay at a well-located hotel in the heart of the city. The room size was perfect for us, and the hotel was just a few steps away from the beautiful Lake Geneva and the central station. It was also very convenient to walk to the city center and explore the old town. The staff at the front desk, porter, and restaurant were all kind and helpful. The premises were very clean, and we loved the Molton Brown amenities provided. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving excellent food that arrived quickly. We were impressed with the overall excellence of the service.
The only downside was the noise from the street outside our room, which made it difficult to rest well. Additionally, some of the staff at breakfast were not pleasant.
